2. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

confirm that you are legally capable of entering a binding contract.

8. Licensing and Usage Rights
When you purchase content, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
use it as described in the License Agreement. You may not resell, redistribute, or use content
to train AI models. Ownership remains with the creator or Play That Ai Inc.
9. Uploading or Contributing Content
If you upload content, you grant Play That Ai Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive
license to store, display, promote, and distribute it. You must own all rights and comply with
tax and legal obligations.
9A. Vendor Revenue Split and Payments
Vendors who upload and sell digital assets through the Marketplace are entitled to a revenue
share from each completed sale. Play That Ai Inc. operates on a 50/50 revenue split model,
meaning:
• 50% of the net sale amount (after applicable taxes and transaction fees) is paid to the
Vendor.
• 50% of the net sale amount is retained by Play That Ai Inc. as the platform fee.
Payments to Vendors are processed through approved payout methods (such as PayPal or
other supported services) according to the Vendor’s account settings. Vendors are
responsible for maintaining accurate payment details and complying with applicable tax
reporting obligations.
Play That Ai Inc. reserves the right to temporarily withhold or adjust payouts in cases of refund
requests, chargebacks, policy violations, or technical errors.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for illegal or abusive activities, upload infringing materials,
distribute malware, share credentials, or misrepresent your identity. Violations may lead to
suspension or legal action.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property, trademarks, and design elements belong to Play That Ai Inc. or its
licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Marketplace.
12. User-Generated Content Disclaimer
Materials uploaded by users are not verified or endorsed by Play That Ai Inc. We are not
responsible for user content or linked external materials.
13. Viruses and Technical Misuse
We do not guarantee the site is virus-free. Use virus protection software and do not attempt to
hack or disrupt the Marketplace. Any breach may be reported to authorities.
14. Limitation of Liability
All services and content are provided “as is.” Play That Ai Inc. is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Nothing herein limits liability
for fraud or willful misconduct.
15. Termination
We may terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your
account or cancel subscriptions by contacting contactplaythatai@gmail.com.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the
state or federal courts located in Delaware.
