1. Introduction
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your rights to use any digital asset, file, or creative content (“Content”) obtained through the Play That Ai Marketplace (the “Marketplace”).
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any Content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Grant of License
Upon purchase or authorized download, Play That Ai Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content in accordance with this Agreement.
This license allows use for personal or commercial creative projects but does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.
All rights not expressly granted remain with Play That Ai Inc. and the original creator.
3. Permitted Use
You may incorporate the licensed Content into your creative works, business projects, marketing materials, videos, or multimedia outputs.
You may use the Content in projects for clients provided that you deliver the finished end-product and do not distribute or transfer the raw files.
All use must comply with applicable laws.
4. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the Content available for download or resale
Upload the Content to other marketplaces or use it to train, fine-tune, or develop AI models
Reverse-engineer or modify the Content beyond what is necessary for creative integration
Unlawful or defamatory uses are strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All Content remains the property of the creator or vendor.
Play That Ai Inc. retains ownership of all rights, title, and interest in the Marketplace and associated trademarks.
This Agreement conveys only a limited license and does not transfer ownership.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any provision of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Content.
No refund will be issued upon termination.
Play That Ai Inc. reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for infringement or misuse.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All Content is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Play That Ai Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play That Ai Inc. shall not be liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Content, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.
8. Updates to This Agreement
Play That Ai Inc. may update or amend this Agreement periodically.
Any changes take effect upon posting to the Marketplace.
Continued use of the Content constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delaware courts.
